BAADER 52 is flexible due to the possibility to do shallow skinning as well as deep skinning for removing the skin together with the fatty layer between the skin and the muscular tissue. You gain a very good skinning result - with high speed. Due to the small footprint BAADER 52 is perfect for on-board use too.

When processing small fillets, the favorable working width of 400 mm allows multipassage skinning. Apart from its great reliability in operation, BAADER 52 features extreme quiet running.
