Skinning of whitefish like alaska pollack, hake and hoki and similar
High speed and gentle skinning
The BAADER 54 is a high-speed skinning machine specially made for Alaska pollack and similar fish.
It is prepared for shallow skinning or deep skinning, and it can be fed manually or directly from preceding filleting machines like the BAADER 182, BAADER 212 or BAADER 192.
After skinning, a straight fillet leaves the machine for easy further processing.
