The IS-026 is a heading machine specifically designed for heading small whitefish, such as, cod, haddock, saithe, and other similar fish. The collarbone is removed along with the head, thus, preparing the fish for filleting. The design of the machine provides a clear and easy access to internal machine components, minimizing daily maintenance and cleaning. The cutting mechanism ensures high and consistent yield and throughput, providing a clean high-quality cut with no damage to the fish.
