The BAADER 408 is a perfect heading solution for gutted and ungutted fish. With its exact ‘curved’ straight head cut fewer scalp and collarbone fragments remain in the trunk which results in less trimming and therefore increased productivity and a higher yield.
The infeed is operator independent and guarantees an exact cut. All forces act on the head instead of the body in order to avoid damage to the trunk and increase the quality of the fillet.
An optional nobbing device or tail cutting device – especially for Hoki – gives flexibility during the process.
A higher speed can be reached with an extended infeed section, which is available as an option.
